Melisca Klisanin
For over twenty years Melisca Klisanin has designed retail environments where products are sold while also seeking to understand the psyche of the customer. In conceptualizing Sacred Time, she has designed an environment to serve the public good and promote multiculturalism by transcending nationality, race, religion, and ideologies. She believes urban areas are a particularly important and fertile arena in which to explore the design philosophy of sacred sites and their power to silently transform communities. She is currently researching and documenting sacred spaces around the world and continuing to promote the design of public spaces that promote the peaceful co-existence of all peoples.
