Glenn Hartelius, PhD, has developed Attention Dynamics as a systematic way to understand and find the inner posture of mindfulness quickly and easily. This workshop offers the principles and practical skills of how to move attention within the body, a clear description of the posture of mindfulness, along with time to practice cultivating a deepened state. Mindfulness meditation is a profoundly transformative practice that gets you out of the part of your mind that holds the story and into the part that creates transformation. You learn how to use your mind in a radically different way that has been shown to reduce stress and improve sleep, as well as easing symptoms of chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.
